International shipment

- within the EU, commercial deliveries are effected VAT-free, if a VAT-ID-No. is quoted and when certain agreed criteria are met
- it is possible to deliver to Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Macedonia and Romania. However, we are aware that there might be significant delays at the present time.
- outside of the EU, delivery is effected VAT-free plus any applicable customs duties
- be aware that delivery outside the EU may be subject to custom duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipments to countries outside the EU may take longer than deliveries to European countries. Customs clearance can also cause significant delays

International payment

- If you paid by credit card your bank will convert the amount automatically at the current rate into your currency. You can request the exchange rate
  of the day of your bank.
- If you paid by Paypal, Paypal will convert the amount automatically at the current rate into your currency
